
DJ JIMI is still djing after 22 years in the business. His career started of on Henry Ford college radio working for station 89.3 FM radio. Unlike, other college radio stations WHFR's frequency reached far beyond the campus.
After graduating and moving to Chicago DJ JIMI began to DJ in the club scene where he worked for Freddie Hoffman establishments on the world famous Rush street at the Rockery Bar and Bootleggers. It was during this time that DJ JIMI really learned his DJ and MC skills entertaining thousands of people on a weekly basis.
In 1992 DJ JIMI left the DJ business to get into the video business. In 2002 DJ JIMI returned back to the circuit doing clubs and guests spots in and around the Detroit area.
DJ JIMI's catalog of music is extensive from Rock, Punk, Funk, Garage, Alternative, Techno, Trance, Old Skool Hip Hop, and some Top Forty.
Let's not forget about them Mic Skillz. Get them up dancing as well as drinking as DJ JIMI knows how to command a crowd. Hyping up drink specials throughout the night adds to sales in the register.
